CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

 

INGREDIENTS :

°250g chocolate chips

°375g flour

°1 egg

°125g melted butter

°4 tbsp. sugar

°180g brown sugar

°1 C. vanilla coffee

°1/2 tsp. baking soda

°salt

*PREPARATION :

Preheat the oven th.6 (180°C).

Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Mix the butter, sugar and brown sugar in a bowl.

Add the egg and whisk everything for 1 min.

Add baking soda, salt and vanilla. Whisk again for 1 min.

Add the flour to the previous mixture, then the chocolate chips, mix well.

Shape the dough into small balls. Flatten them slightly.

Place the cookies on the baking sheets and make sure to space them out.

Bake for 11 mins.
